Who wants a Hello Kitty guitar?

The blocks around the Conservatory have a higher concentration of instrument shops than anywhere else in the city. I couldn't figure out who is the intended market for a Hello Kitty guitar -- heavy metal hair is androgynous enough without adding this level of kitsch.
